Whatβs the difference between the Index, Stocks and All plans?
Index and Stocks unlock live price levels for two independent groups β Nifty/Bank Nifty (and the other supported indices) on Index, and individual F&O stocks on Stocks. All is both groups combined at a discount over buying them separately.
Is stock-level access available for every NSE stock?
No β stock price levels (Stocks and All plans) are computed from options open interest, so they're only available for stocks that trade in the F&O (futures & options) segment. Non-F&O stocks show chart and quote data only, on every plan.
What does "delayed" mean for levels on the Free plan?
Free accounts can see price levels, but only up to 7 days behind the current date. Upgrading to a paid plan for that group (Index and/or Stocks) removes the delay.
How do I upgrade my plan?
Plan activation is manual for now. Open the Plans page and use the "Upgrade" button on the plan you want β it opens an email to us with your account details pre-filled, and we'll switch your account over.
How does the free Demo plan work?
Free-plan users can start a one-time, 1-month Demo that unlocks every Index and Stocks feature. It starts the moment you activate it and runs for exactly 1 month β it can't be extended except by us manually, and once you've used it, the Demo option is gone for good, even after it ends. Cancelling doesn't end it early; you keep full access until the month is up. If you upgrade to a paid plan while on the Demo, that plan takes effect once the Demo period ends.
Can I cancel mid-cycle, or get a refund?
No β there are no mid-cycle cancellations or refunds. If you cancel or downgrade, you keep access to your paid plan until the current period ends, and only then move to Free. For any billing issues, reach out to the email address on the Plans page.
Are the price levels or scan alerts a guarantee of future price movement?
No. They're derived from historical options-market data using our own methodology, and are provided for informational and educational purposes only β see the disclaimer above.
Where can I see what each level (Put Low, Call High, etc.) means?
The Guide page explains every level and how it's calculated.
