Privacy & Cookies
What Nifty Trendz stores in your browser, and why.
In short
We use only essential, first-party cookies: to keep you signed in, remember a few selections, protect your account, and count visits anonymously so we can fix errors and improve the site. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. By continuing to use the platform you agree to these functional cookies.
What we store
Keeps you signed in. The session_data cookie is a short cache of your session. Short-lived state cookies are also used while signing in.
A random anonymous visitor id so we can count visits and find errors. It is linked to your account only after you sign in.
Remembers the index you last viewed on the Index Intraday OI page.
Returns you to the page you were on after you sign in.
Remembers that you dismissed the cookie notice.
Approximate location
For our usage statistics we note your approximate location β country, region and city, estimated by our hosting provider from your connection's IP address. We do not store the IP address with these visit records, and the location is only as precise as a city. When you sign in, your sign-in time and IP address are kept in your account's login history so you can spot unfamiliar logins.
Third parties
- Page-view analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) β counts page views without cookies; per Vercel, visitors are identified by a hash of the request that is discarded after 24 hours.
- Payments β when you pay, our payment provider's secure checkout loads and may set its own cookies in its own window.
- Google sign-in β only if you choose it; Google sets its own cookies on its own site.
We do not run advertising, remarketing or social-media tracking scripts.
Your choices
You can clear or block cookies and site data in your browser settings; the login will not work without the session cookie. For the investment disclaimer and FAQ see Disclaimer & FAQ, and for the rules of use see Terms of use.
